This was a request from . . . yep, you guessed it, a lieutenant. I can safely say Lts need this group to protect each other (I was one once upon a time). This patch is subdued and does not come with velcro attached, but (if you want), I have some velcro I will toss in. I just don’t have any means of getting it sewn on.
