FSS – ‘1-PERCENT REMAINING’ (OCP)

This patch was created for some of the USAF students at Laughlin AFB, TX (Del Rio). This patch denotes that about 1% of the class attained some goal that had been set for them. This patch DOES come with velcro attached.
