This is the dark brown/yellow version of the “tab” worn on the left flight suit sleeve (FSS) for those that fly the F-15 Eagle with the 122 Fighter Squadron. The 122FS is a unit of the Louisiana ANG, a component of the 159th Fighter Wing located at NAS Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, LA. The 122FS is equipped with the F-15C/D Eagle. This patch says ‘LPA’ which stands for ‘LT Protection Agency’ and comes with velcro attached.
