This is the “joint” flag patch (with a “vertical dividing line”) with the left half being the American Flag and the right half being the CANADIAN Flag. It is worn by the aviators when participating in a joint exercise with our allies to the North (usually at COLD LAKE, AB). This patch DOES come with velcro attached.
