This is the “”””joint”””” flag patch (with a “”””Diagonal dividing line””””) with the left half being the American Flag and the right half being the ISRAELI Flag. It is worn by the aviators when participating in a joint exercise with our ONLY ally in the Middle East. This patch DOES come with velcro attached.
