This is a pencil pocket patch for flightsuits with the Latin phrase “IN HOC SIGNO VINCES” that means “IN THIS SIGN YOU WILL CONQUER”. Sworn by Knights Templars of old, many of the “SPECIAL OPS” personnel also live by this mantra. This patch does come with velcro attached.
