This was created for some of the “”””Guard”””” pilots who fly for Southwest Airlines. They wear it on the left sleeve of their flight suit and it already has velcro attached. This is the “”””retro”””” version with the 3-colored stripes (looks like from the 1970’s in my opinion) and does come with velcro attached.
