This patch was created for HMLA-169 and says “UDP 21.2” (at top) which stands for “Unit Deployment Program”. It shows the ‘cobra’ wearing a gray Samurai helmet, is holding the gray Maltese cross with Japanese script. This patch does not have velcro attached.
