The ‘Sea Horses’ of HS-1 are based out of NAS Jacksonville, FL and was established in October 1951. They are currently the training squadron (FRS) for the Atlantic Fleet’s Sikorsky SH-3G/H Sea King helicopter. They are now decommissioned and no longer in existence.
