This is the desert version of the squadron patch for the “Black Knights” of HS-4 and are based out of NAS North Island, CA flying the SH-60F Seahawk. They were established in June 1952 and picked up this helo back in late ’91. They are currently serving with Airwing 14 onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).
