The “8-ballers” of HS-8 fly the SH-60F out of NAS North Island, CA. They were established in November 1969 and began flying the Seahawk in September 1991. This is the shield version of their World Cruise 2005 patch. They will soon be switching from the “HS” designation to the “HSC” designation.
