(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the OCP/Subdued version of the HSC-28/DET-4 ‘TRIBESMEN’ patch in the shape of an arrowhead (or could be a ‘BOB ROSS’ air freshener, if you note one of their other patches shown above) and says “TRIBESMEN” along the bottom. This patch does come with velcro attached.
