This is the blue version of one of the detachment patches created for HSC-28, Det-5 while onboard US Naval Ship (USNS) COMFORT. It shows a ‘burro’ (not sure why) carrying a FIRST AID package on the pattern of a Mexican blanket. This patch DOES have velcro attached.
