HSC-28 ‘NAUTICAL FLAG’ Patch (Red/White

(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This patch was created for HSC-28. It shows their mascot (Octopus) on a sublimated field of red/white swirls. It also has the Roman Numeral XXVIII (28) on there. Interesting patch and does come with velcro attached.
