This is the large backpatch for the 1985-86 Indian Ocean cruise worn on the back of Maverick’s leather jacket. It says “INDIAN OCEAN CRUISE 85-86” across the top with the American flag in upper left, the UN Flag upper right, the VF-1 Tomcat silhouette in lower left and the (movie-version) VF-1 Squadron. This patch does not have velcro attached.
