This is the Joint Helmet-Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) patch created for those working on this “joint” endeavor to create a helmet used by all the branches of the US military with some very interesting technological advances!! It says “Look…Lock…Launch” along the bottom and does not come with velcro attached.
