JSTARS *MISSION COMPLETE* Patch (Yellow)

This is one of the Joint STARS Decommissioning patches. It says “”””MISSION COMPLETE”””” with the OWL logo in the center with the “”””operations”””” we participated in. This patch does come with velcro attached.
