This history of NATC is listed above, if interested. This patch was created for the testing of the new military refueling aircraft, the KC-46 ‘PEGASUS’ tanker. This patch is FULL of back-stories, it seems….there is a mouse falling off the refueling hose, there is some rainbow-haired ‘PONY’ (I’m sure there is some group I’m offending), the HORNET begging for gas, the tree in the desert, etc….I can’t imagine all the fun they had on this DET! No velcro on this patch.
