This version of the LSO ‘historical’ patch for the Landing Signal Officer school located at NAS Oceana, VA has the TWO tabs (top and bottom) with the thick plastic backing typical of the 1980’s. All LSOs came through this school before being certified for duty on the boat. This patch does not have velcro attached.
