This is the base patch for NAS Norfolk, VA that host the E-2C Hawkeye community for the East coast, as well as quite a few of the helicopter squadrons. It is actually the LARGEST Naval base in the world! Home of the East Coast carriers as well. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
