During Operation DESERT STORM (1991), TOPPS Trading Card Company created the “Victory Series” of DESERT STORM trading cards to include EIGHT cards / ONE Sticker in each pack of the different US (and Foreign?) Coalition Force Weapons of War. I believe each pack has a variety of cards in them. These were acquired from a “long time” collector that wanted to ensure they found the right homes….I don’t think there is any GUM in them. Only have a few sets left of these with the VITCTORY-series YELLOW packaging (<50).
