Orbital Warfare FSS Patch (Black Border)

This is the black-bordered/black-letters/red-background version of the Pencil Pocket/Flight Suit Sleeve (FSS) that says “”””ORBITAL WARFARE”””” and is worn on the left sleeve of the flight suit. This patch DOES have velcro on it.
