This is one of the patches found in the small Korean factory. It states “WITHOUT FUEL” (top), “POL” (middle), and “PILOTS ARE PEDESTRIANS” (bottom). It shows a skull with multiple hose nozzles pointed away from it, not sure if that means he’s “giving”. This patch does not have velcro.
