RRVA Placard (3.5-inch)

This is a 3.5-inch, all brass RRVA Placard that can be used to designate anything you like. Initially designed with the thought of placing on a headstone for our loved ones, it came out so well that others are using it for parking spots, designations, etc….it’s nice and heavy too, with that solid casting.
