This is black version of the coin created to commemorate the 2016 – 2018 annual reunion between the US and Vietnamese Fighter Pilots from the Vietnam Conflict. it says “COMBAT THEN, PEACE NOW” and took place in San Diego, CA. The ‘backside’ can be seen below.
