This is the 3-D, engraved version of the coin created by the Red River Valley Fighter Pilot Association for the 50th Anniversary of LINEBACKER II. The front depicts the venerable B-52 Stratofortress delivering MK-82s onto a target with Surface-to-Air Missiles (SAMs) being launched at it. It comes in a protectecive, clear plastic case.
