This is the “TACTICAL WINGS ATLANTIC” school patch worn by ‘GOOSE’ in the 1986 TOPGUN movie. It is from a (fictional) Tactics and Training School on the East Coast (NAS Oceana, VA). This patch does not come with velcro attached.
