Training Squadron Three ‘Historical’ Patch

This is the ‘historical’ patch created for the VT-3 “Red Knights” out of NAS Whiting Field, FL. They fly the T-34C. They were originally designated as BTG-3 in May 1960, and provide primary pilot training for hopeful Naval aviators in the “Turbo-Mentor”.
