This is the O-6 rank worn on the shoulders of the green FLIGHT SUITS for the US Navy (CAPTAIN) / US MARINE CORPS (COLONEL) aviators and does NOT comes with velcro attached. Note that each EAGLE is facing the opposite direction as the other. There are two pieces included.
