The 49th Intelligence Squadron (49 IS) is a US Air Force Reserve unit located at Offutt AFB, NE, part of the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Group. They provide trained airborne cryptologic operators and ground intelligence personnel for the RC-135V/W Rivet Joint, directly supporting active-duty partners. This is the OCP version of their squadron patch and does not come with velcro attached.
