USAF UPT Class 23-12 ‘O’Clock High’ (V)

(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the class patch for the USAF Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) class 23-12. It says “THE WORLD STANDS STILL AT” (top), “23-12 O’Clock High” (bottom), with multiple aircraft depicted. This patch has a lot of detail and DOES come with velcro attached.
