This is a reproduction of the old version of the VA-155 Squadron patch. They were established as Reserve Attack Squadron 71E in 1946, redesignated as Reserve Attack Squadron 58A, redesignated as Reserve Composite Squadron 722 in November 1949, then as VA-728, then as VA-155. They were disestablished in September 1977. This patch is from when they were a light attack squadron, but were later re-commissioned as an A-6 squadron (with a different logo) and participated in Operation Desert Storm.
