VA-46/VA-72 *END OF AN ERA* Eagle Patch (Harley Wings/Large/No V)

VA-46 was established in May 1955 flying the Grumman F9F-5 Panther. VA-72 stood up in January 1945 flying the Grumman F6F-3/5 Hellcat. They were both decommissioned simultaneously in June 1991. This is the joint decommissioning patch created for them both that says “END OF AN ERA” at the bottom. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
