VANCE AFB UPT Class 22-02AU

This is the class patch for the Vance AFB, OK Class 22-02AU (Australian, maybe??). It says “LICENSED TO KILL” (top) and “NO SLEEP TIL DROP NIGHT” (bottom). This patch does not have velcro attached.
