The mission of the 71st Flying Training Wing is to develop professional Airmen, deliver world-class U.S. & Allied pilots and deploy combat ready warriors. Vance AFB is responsible for training Air Force and allied student pilots for worldwide deployment and Aerospace Expeditionary Force support. The wing reports to Air Education and Training Command (AETC). This is the PVC (rubber) version of the class patch for Class 24-7AF (the USAF class). It says “SNAP HOOKING DRIVES” (top), “GROUND HOOKING RIDES 24-7AF” (bottom), and shows the “SHOOTER” in the center. This patch does come with velcro attached.
