(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation) Electronic Attack Squadron 130 (VAQ-130), also known as the “Zappers”, is an EA-18G Growler squadron of the US Navy based aboard NAS Whidbey Island, WA. Part of Carrier Air Wing 3, the Zappers deploy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and are the oldest electronic warfare squadron in the U.S. Navy. This is the EA-6B (previous aircraft) 2011 DECOMMISSION patch showing the planform of the Prowler with the dates of service of that particular aircraft (1975 – 2011). This patch does not have velcro attached.
