(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation) Electronic Attack Squadron 131 (VAQ-131), also known as the “Lancers,” is a US Navy tactical jet aircraft squadron specializing in kinetic and non-kinetic Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD). They are based at NAS Whidbey Island, WA, currently flying the EA-18G Growler. Their radio callsign is “Skybolt”. This is the EA-6B (previous aircraft) 2014 DECOMMISSION patch showing the planform of the Prowler with the dates of service of that particular aircraft (1971 – 2014). This patch does not have velcro attached.
