The ‘Rooks’ of VAQ-137 are based out of NAS Whidbey Island, WA and fly the Navy’s jamming platform, the new McDonnel Douglas EA-18G Growler. This is the white-bordered bullet version of their ‘Junior Officer Protection Agency (JOPA)’ patch they created and does not come with velcro attached.
