The ‘Rooks’ of VAQ-137 are based out of NAS Whidbey Island, WA and fly the Navy’s jamming platform, the new McDonnel Douglas EA-18G Growler. This is the black/white bullet version of their ‘Junior Officer Protection Agency (JOPA)’ patch they created that shows the “slash” through the Gold and Silver Oak Leaves and DOES come with velcro attached.
