The ‘Rooks’ of VAQ-137 were based out of NAS Whidbey Island, WA and fly the Navy’s jamming platform, the Grumman EA-6B Prowler. They were established in December 1973, and flew with CVW-1 onboard the USS America (CV-66) during the Persian Gulf War. This is the “white” version of their squadron patch and DOES come with velcro attached.
