The ‘Cougars’ of VAQ-139 were established in July 1983 and operated the EA-6B Prowler as part of CVW-14 aboard the USS Kennedy (CV-67). This is the cruise patch they created for their deployment and participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Southern Watch/Operation Enduring Freedom.
