(Another AV8RSTUFF creation): Electronic Attack Squadron 140 (VAQ-140) is a US Navy electronic attack squadron. Known as the “Patriots”, the squadron operates the EA-18G Growler from NAS Whidbey Island, WA. They are attached to Carrier Air Wing Seven (CVW-7) currently (2023), and deploy aboard USSÊGeorge H. W. Bush using the callsign “Talon”. This is one of their 2023 (NON-politically correct) Cruise patches that shows the Carrier in the “Box” (Adriatic Sea) and says “BIG BUSH, SMALL BOX, HAIRY SITUATION” (top) and “ADRIATIC LAKE PLEASURE CRUISE 22-23” (bottom). This patch does not come with velcro attached.
