(From the Squadron): Electronic Attack Squadron 140 (VAQ-140) is a US Navy electronic attack squadron. Known as the “Patriots”, the squadron operates the EA-18G Growler from NAS Whidbey Island, WA. They are attached to Carrier Air Wing Seven (CVW-7) currently (2023), and deploy aboard USSÊGeorge H. W. Bush using the callsign “Talon”. This is one of their 2023 Cruise patches that shows a MONOPOLY BOARD with all the squadron logos, a gold border, says “PLEASURE CRUISE 23 / PICS OR IT DIDN’T HAPPEN”. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
