(Obtained from THEIR supplier): The “Shadowhawks” of VAQ-141 fly the McDonnell Douglas EA-18G out of NAS Whidbey Island, WA. They operated SEAD missions during the Gulf War in the EA-6B Prowler, but have since transitioned to the E/A-18G ‘Growler’ and operate in the Pacific Theater (mostly). This is the very colorful version of their squadron patch that says “KONNICHIWA IWAKUNI” along the top and does not come with velcro attached.
