The “Shadowhawks” of VAQ-141 fly the McDonnell Douglas EA-18G out of NAS Whidbey Island, WA. They operated SEAD missions during the Gulf War in the EA-6B Prowler, but have since transitioned to the E/A-18G ‘Growler’ and operate in the Pacific Theater (mostly). This is the ‘desert’ version of their squadron patch worn when in the desert theater and does not come with velcro attached.
