(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is one of the 2018-2019 deployment patches created for the VAW-117 ‘WALLBANGERS’ for their “WORLD TOUR” onboard the USS STENNIS (CVN-74). It says “HAWKEYE 2000 LAST RIDE” (top) and shows their mascot (Hawkeye) sitting on a Harley Motorcycle with the letters “BFFD” on the gas tank!! There is a pair of scissors and hammer above the left (front) wheel, not sure why they wanted this, but must have an inside story I never got…..this patch does not have velcro attached.
