This is the red/white/blue ‘joint/combined’ HAWKEYE patch created by AV8RSTUFF for the VAW-228 Liberty Eagles = VAW-113 Black Eagles + VAW-115 Liberty Bells Joint Cruise/Operations. It was created for the homecoming and joint operations for the 2017 WESTPAC cruise and does not come with velcro attached.
