The ‘Pukin Dogs’ of VF-143 flew the F-14Bs out of NAS Oceana, VA. They did their maiden F-14 voyage onboard the USS America in 1976. This is larger, white-bordered version of their “award” patch given to them for their excellence in 2004 with the Clifton Battle ‘E’ patch commemmorating their last Battle ‘E’ award as a Tomcat squadron.
