VF-2 F-14 Tomcat Tail (NK/Stars/Text)

This is the “NK” (with Stars on the Rudder) verions for the F-14 Tomcat Tail Fin for VF-2 “Bounty Hunters”. This patch does have the “text box” along the bottom.
