This is one of the cruise patches from the VF-31 ‘Tomcatters’ created for their 2002-2003 WestPac cruise in support of OEF/OIF/OSW. This commemorates “the Longest Cruise in 30 Years!!” It states “Inflicting Democracy One Nation at a Time!” and shows the American flag background for both the IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN countries. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
